2656 Ocean Front (Single Story Beach Cottage) in San Diego

This is a very rare beach bungalow which lies at the very south end
of
mission beach in San Diego. It has volleyball courts and a cement
boardwalk directly in front of it. You can bike,rollerblade and walk/
run on this path for a continues loop around the bay and ocean. It is
a
short walk to the bay (30 seconds). The area is a beach community and
mostly residential except during July and August.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equiped unit. It has 2 queens, 1
queen
sleeper sofa and 1 double sleeper sofa. It will sleep 6-8 people. The
following items are provided: Maid service on departure, linens, coin
laundry, BBQ, TV/VCR, Local phone service, bikes, beach chairs, beach
towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, patio furniture. This unit has
a
fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utincils. The unit has two
outside parking spaces.

This unit is centrally located in the heart of San Diego. It is 5 min
from Sea World and 15 min from the Zoo. Downtown is 10 min.

Summertime (June 1-Sept 10th) $1500-3200 wk (Sat-Sat only)
Check in time is 3:00pm Check out is 9:00am

Off Season (Sept 10- May 31) $1200-1600 wk
Holidays $150-275 3night min

There is a 10.5% room tax and a refundable deposit to hold and book
the
reservation. The rent and tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please
