A beautifully newly built cottage/house nestled into the pines located in the beautiful area of Torch Lake Township, that backs up to the beautiful A-Ga-Ming golf course, and just a short 2.5 mile drive to Torch Lake Voted the 3rd most beautiful lake in the world according to National Geographic. Go out and enjoy the day and return home to a cozy cottage to sit around the fire pit and create the memories of a lifetime. When the night comes to an end get a great night sleep in the newly constructed cottage, to awake to the local wild life and ready to repeat the day prior.

The cottage offers a complete kitchen with a Refrigerator, Stove, and Microwave. There is a 42" flat screen with DVD player and Radio CD player. Washer & Dryer, Fans in all Rooms, Pellet Stove, 2 Full Baths, Three Bed Rooms, Loft Area, Fire Pit, Grilling porch w/propane grill, large front porch for relaxing in the rockers.

Step out the front door to a round of golf on either of A-Ga-mings beautiful courses. Take a short 2.5 mile drive to Torch Lake Day Park for swimming and fun. Tow your boat up with you for an effortless launch or rent a boat from the local marina to spend the day out on Torch Lake (Marina includes launch at the day park just 2.5 miles from the cottage.

If you want to venture out a bit further Traverse City is just 35 minutes to the south and Charlevoix/Petoskey area is just 35 minutes to the North, Lake Michigan Beaches 2.5 miles.

Torch Lake-If you get tired of looking at the crystal clear aqua/blue water you can stop for a bit at the well renowned South End Sand Bar for the time of your life (arrive by boat only), or hit the dockside for a cool drink or a bit to eat.

Gambling-Head either North to Petoskey (Odawa) 40 Min. or South to Traverse City (Turtle Creek) 25 Min.

Cabin rentel is on a first come first serve basis and non-refundable deposit will be required. Plus cleanning fee.
