The units are connected by a door through the common wall. As a result, smaller parties can rent one side or the other individually but larger parties can rent both sides and have 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 fireplaces, AND, 2 private hot tubs.
Nestled in the shadow of Siera Blanca peak that towers more than 10,000 above sea level, this property will provide a great experience for every season. Rental rates are designed to accomodate from large to small rental groups.

If you enjoy para mutual betting, Ruidoso Downs will fulfill that yearning with races scheduled from Memorial day to Labor Day which is culminated by the All American Futurity, billed as the "Worlds Richest Quarterhorse Race". Simulcast of horseraces at all of the other famous racetracks will add to you betting pleaseure.
If you enjoy the outdoors, Siera Blanca peak offers world class snow skiing and snowboarding for the beginner to the olympic class skier.
