Keuka Village Sunsets in Keuka Lake

The cottage is an A-Frame style home on Keuka Lake's East Side with 25 feet of lake frontage.  There is a large yard with plenty of room to play and relax, as well as a grassy beach front area with dock, and walk in lake access. 

It sleeps 6 people comfortably, with two living areas, and two decks. It is a three story home.

There is parking for up to 4 cars in the paved driveway, with additional parking roadside. There is a newly constructed rock patio as well as a walkway to the stairway leading to the front door.

On the highly desired East Side of Keuka Lake, enjoy afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. The house features a full kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom area with a double bed, and a second living area downstairs with bunk beds. The bathroom includes toilet, vanity, and stand up shower.

There is a large upper deck, with patio furniture, and a lower rock patio with built in fire pit and a picknick table.  The home offers outdoor furniture on both decks, Wireless internet, Cable TV, washer and dryer, bbq grill, and a large dock with capacity of 2 large motor boats. 

There is a nearby public boat launch that is within close walking distance (1/10 of a mile).

The house includes bedspreads, mattress pads, blanket, and pillows for each bed. The towels and linens are not provided.

The home is located within walking distance to the best family restaurant in the area, The Switzerland Inn. It is also right across the street from Ravines Winery, as well as a close distance (4 miles) from four total wineries.  Three Golf Courses in a 15 mile area, Lakeside Country Club recommended.  Right on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail as well as 10 miles from two quaint villages with shopping and other businesses. The Windmill Farm and Craft Market, as well as museums, cinemas, historic sites, Auto Racing (Black Rock Speedway and Watkins Glen) and parks.

Rates are based on Seasonality: 
6/15 - 9/5    $1250/week or $4000/month
5/1 - 6/15    $700/week or   $200/night 
9/5 10/15    $700/week or   $200/night
10/15 - 5/1  $600/week or   $1500/month

The cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:30PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM.

30% of the weekly rent is due at the time the reservation is made.
      If a reservation is canceled, the 30% down is forfeited.

A $300.00 security deposit is required for first time renters.
  The security deposit will be mailed within 5 days after check-out, contingent upon the house being left in the same condition it was found in (cleaning supplies are provided).
   If the home is not left the same way it was found a $150 cleaning fee will apply

*Steuben County charges a 4% tax on all rentals.  
*We add the 4% to each rental and pay the county on a quarterly basis.

• If the reservation is made within 1 month of the rental date,  the entire rent is due at that time, along with the security deposit. (Email or call if this is a problem)
• We accept personal checks.
• Campers, tents, RV's ect. are not allowed on the property
• This is a smoke free home.
• No pets please. (We do make some exceptions)
