This 1700 sq. foot home, sitting on the waters edge, has 320
feet of waterfront on South Pond in Greenwood, Maine. Built in
2006,it offers cathedral pine ceilings, field stone fireplace and
hearth with gas, remote controlled stove. Huge windows offer
spectacular waterfront views as well as beautiful hill and mountain
views.
This single floor home consists of an open floor plan,
including
an extra large living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen,
all with hard wood floors and braided rugs. You will also find two
carpeted bedrooms, (one with a queen bed, and the other larger room
with a set of bunkbeds, plus two twin beds.) The bathroom is
complete
with tub/shower, and washer/dryer.
This brand new home is situated on a point with waterfront on
two sides; it is in a secluded location with only weekend neighbors
across the street. We are located only 3 miles from Mt. Abram
Skiing, and approx. 14 miles from Sunday River Ski Resort (barely a
cup of coffee away!).

We insist that you make yourselves at home while visiting;
relax and enjoy the beautiful setting and nearby activities, and at
the same time, we ask that you please treat our home with the same
respect that you would treat your own home.

All new appliances: gas cook top range, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, washer/dryer. (3)satelite TV's,DVD, VCR, gas fireplace

and whatever outdoor toys/equipment you need for your outside
adventures!!!
