Seaside Place is a 5 Bedroom 4 Bath Vacation Rental House.
Walk able Old Town, Directly Across the Street From a Public Beach, Bar, Restaurant and Chair Rentals.
Old Town is our Walking Streets with most of our Restaurants, Bars, and Cultural Activities. Next Door you can Rent a Bike, Moped, or take a City Tour. We have a Local Airport with Flights from Miami, Atlanta, Tampa and other Airports. The Code is EYW to check Flight Prices. In the event you do Drive, we have Parking for 2 cars back to back. This is a Key West Premium. Most Rental Companies in Miami will rent a car without a drop off fee, but do ask when renting. You may be able to rent a car and drop it off here, the`n pick it up on your check out day. Keep in mind the drive from MIA can be 4 plus hours in traffic, but it is beautiful.

The rate for Seaside Place will be $4,900. to $7,000. (Off Season to Season) per week $700 to $1,000 per day.(Off Season to Season) Keep in mind some times we can accommodate you for less than a week stay. The taxes in Florida are 12.5%, there will be a $250 cleaning fee, and a $500 Security Deposit. We have a 60 day cancellation. We require a 50% deposit to be paid immediately once the reservation has been made. Once the 50% deposit has been paid, if you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded minus $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of your arrival your 50% deposit is non refundable. Balance of your stay must be paid 30 days of arrival. Holiday and Special Event Price May be Higher. High Season is Generally Winter/Spring. Seaside Place cannot refund for inclement weather. In the unlikely event that a mandatory evacuation of Key West coincides with your confirmed stay, and you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be issued a credit for a future stay minus a one night stay amount. These credits are non-transferable and will be valid from June 1 - December 15, up to one year from the issue date. No credit will be issued for hurricanes which are not a threat to Key West, or if you are unable to travel because of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside of the Keys. We strongly suggest the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment! Many of our guests have signed up with Travel Guard. There are many others on the internet and I suggest that you take a look and decide whether this is some thingthat you, your family and friends might be interested in.
