The Pine House-Pet Friendly-Hot Tub in Tahoe Park

The Pine House is a cozy Old Tahoe cottage with plenty of charm - and
a red front door. After walking through the picket fence you enter
the main level of the house which consists of the living room, dining
area, kitchen, bath and one bedroom (Double bed). Upstairs there are
two bedrooms ( one has a Queen and the second has 2 single beds).

The brick fireplace, knotty pine walls and fun "Tahoe" decor combine
to make this little cottage a lovely vacation home-away-from-home.

A hot tub sits on the side deck.

The private (gated)Tahoe Park homeowners beach,pier and park area is
a few blocks away. The cottage is close to great restaurants
(Sunnyside resort and restaurant and Firesign Cafe are a couple of
blocks away). Located about 1 mile from Tahoe City. Golfing, hiking,
swimming, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking - all of Tahoe winter and
summer activites are close by.

We can also provide you with the name, number and email of a dog
sitter.

TV/DVD, Washer & Dryer, Fridge, Oven, Coffeemaker, Microwave, all
plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc., Bath is a tub/shower combo,
Leather couch, chair & ottoman in livingroom, dining table seats 6.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has a double bed, Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has a
queen, Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 2 single beds. All the beds have
down comforters in the winter as well as quilts, blankets, etc. Bath
towels, hand towels, wash cloths and hot tub towels are provided.
The front yard has a picket fence to keep the dog "guests" safe.

Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snow mobiling,
hiking, boating, biking, para-sailing, horseback riding, Lake Tahoe
offers lots of outdoor activities for everyone - or - you can just
sit and read a great book at the beach!

Off Season $100.00 + nightly - depending on length of stay
High Season (Winter-Summer) $150.00 per night
Holidays $250.00 per night

There is a 10% tax, $135.00 departure cleaning charge and a $300.00
refundable deposit in addition to the nightly rate.
