Master bedroom with queen size bed and twin trundle bed. Second bedroom with 2 full size beds and 1 twin bed. Two pack-n-play cribs available.
Fully equiped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove & refrigerator. Toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils & dishes available.
Flat screen TV and DVD player available in family room.
Walk-in closet and washer / dryer in master bedroom.
Linens provided - sheets, blankets, bathing towels, kitchen towels. Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Outdoor seating on oversized deck.
Presently limiting occupancy to 6 people.

*Renters Fee - $30 per day for up to 7 days for up to 6 passes; $25 per day for 8-30 days for up to 6 passes. Does not include 5.5% sales tax. Renters fees must be paid at time of reservation.
Cleaning fee $100
Security Deposit $500 (refundable)
Payment - 50% due upon reservation
Final payment due 2 weeks prior
Cancellation - 90 days full refund; if less than 90 days and you are unable to re-rent at a rental rate at least equal you will forfeit your deposit (security deposit will be refunded).
