Sunny and Warm in Auburndale

Our Manufactured Home is located in a beautiful gated park in Central Florida. It is less than an hours drive to all the Disney properties in Orlando and atrractions in Tampa Bay. A new LegoLand is scheduled to open October 2011 and is only 20 minutes away in Winter Haven. The Hamptons Park has over 700 homes and a busy schedule of activities for all; Bingo, Aerobics, Water Aeorobics, Golf, Dance, Village Green Restaurant, Line Dancing, many card games, tennis, shuffleboard and other activities. All renters are invited to participate in whatever activites they choose. Over 60% of the residents are year round.

There are many amenities available to you while residing in the Hamptons.

The rules of the park are that we cannot rent for less than 30 days. Rentals of 2 or more months the fee is lowered to $1500.

The rent includes: electric up to $125 per month, yard care, water, garbage, sewer, Basic TV (internet can be purchased from the local carrier for a reasonable amount), no phone lines available. A simple Lease Agreement must be signed prior to renting outlining Security Deposit.
