Water's Edge Condo in Titusville

Pelican Point is a small, gated condo community situated on the Intercoastal Waterway and Indian River Lagoon, the  most biologically diverse estuary in North America.  There are myriad ways to enjoy the natural resources of this unique environment. In a 15 minute drive you can be in Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge which is 8 times the size of Manhattan.  Thousands of birds, ducks, and stork use the Refuge as a stop over during the winter and many stay year round.  The variety is staggering.  View gators, otter and bald eagles, too, as you cruise Black Point Wildlife Drive.

All  major theme parks, outlet malls, Cirque du Soleil, Downtown Disney, outstanding restaurants, golf and fishing are nearby. If you purchase a Florida fishing license you can throw a line from the seawall at our condo and reel in dinner or go fishing with a guide.

For a fun and educational experience, tour NASA's launch headquarters at Kennedy Space Center. It's a quick 10 minute drive.  See live shows, try out interactive simulators; watch an IMAX movie and learn about space exploration.  

Our waterfront 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is completely furnished. You'll sleep soundly in  queen beds with luxury linens.  There is ceramic tile throughout our bright and sunny condo, and we offer high speed internet, cable TV, a DVD/CD player w/IPod dock and terrific water views. Watching the pelicans, dolphin and osprey fish from your screened porch is a bonus.

A fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, stove, toaster oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The Pub table in dining area seats four.  The master bathroom has a tiled shower stall and the guest bath a full tub and shower.

In late March the endangered West Indian manatees return.  There are plenty of closeup viewing areas nearby. In summer, over 5000 endangered, giant leatherback, green and loggerhead sea turtles crawl ashore at night to nest in Canaveral National Seashore.  Make reservations to go with a ranger at night for an unforgetable experience watching these ancient creatures lay a clutch of over 100 eggs, then laboriously camoflauge them before returning to the sea.  Year 'round you can find plenty to do in our area.  We know you'll love what we have to offer.  And the sunshine will make you happy.
