Vacation Rental Description

This ideal condo is located one short block to the sandy beaches of  
Del Mar, California.  It is our second home, and hopefully yours to  
enjoy as well.  Tastefully furnished in a cottage style, the  
unit was recently updated with new carpets in the bedrooms.  The  
guest room was painted and the bedding changed to reflect a nautical  
motif.  We now have a new denim sectional sofa in the living  
room (super comfy). We purchased new mattresses and linens for the  
bedrooms last winter. Our condo is located within walking distance of  
the quaint village of Del Mar, public tennis courts, shopping and  
restaurants.  A family park with outdoor concerts is very close.  The  
famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track are less than a mile away.   
This is a second floor end unit (stairs and elevator.)  One assigned  
covered parking space. 
 
Besides its beautiful beaches, San Diego has many attractions,  
including, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, The World Famous San Diego  
Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Horton Plaza and the Hotel Del Coronado  
are all within 20 minutes from this condominium.
