By renting this home, you are responsible for the home and its contents!  If the home is left damaged, smoked in, has items missing, or is left excessively dirty, you will be charged additional fees!

A valid "Credit Card" is required to reserve.  Deposit is 50% of total.

Included in rental rate:  Two shared outdoor pools - one has a childrens pool.   Fishing docks, playground.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is 30 days from date of reservation.   If cancellation is prior to 30 days, you will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 service charge.   If cancellation is within 30 days there is no refund.
