Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in a magically tranquil oak grove, the Blue Cottage 
offers "walk-everywhere" beachside convenience! Enjoy your 
vacation in this secluded yet conveniently located (desirable low-
car-traffic north beach) cracker-style beach cottage just footsteps 
from the beach(3 low-car-traffic blocks), the intracoastal(1 block), 
and the many restaurants, bars, and shops of historic Flagler Avenue 
(2 blocks).

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is fully furnished with all amenities, etc. Fully equipped 
kitchen with new appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and 
coffee grinder. Clean linens(over 200 thread count!), towels, 
dishes, cookware, and utensils are included. Also included are 2 
TV's, cable, DVD, and stereo/CD. Queen size bed in the master 
bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Central Heat and Air. 
Washer and Dryer provided. Please ask about our nextdoor cottage 
that can accomodate your friends or family for group vacations.

Fishing, kayaking*, swimming, boating, surfing*, birdwatching, 
shuffleboard(shuffleboard park on Flagler Avenue), body boarding*, 
catamarans*, biking*, golf, basketball, dining, shopping....the list 
goes on!

Our beach cottage is a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle
of Orlando. You can enjoy five days of beach time with two day trips
to theme parks, so that you can "vacation" on your vacation!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Off season rates (Summer/Fall) = $550/wk and $1250/mo + 12.5% tax

Peak season rates (Winter/Spring/Holiday & Event Weekends) = 
$750/week and $1450/mo + 12.5% sales tax

Refundable security deposit $300
$50 cleaning fee
