This beautiful oceanfront condo is pure relaxation. Your stress will immediataly start to fade as you cross over the Usina Bridge and take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vilano Beach. This 2nd floor, end unit has ocean front views from the living room, deck and master bedroom, providing amazing sunrises. The guest bedroom and front deck offer unforgetable sunsets. The beach is just steps away!!
Serenity at Sea Watch is only 5 min from historic downtown St. Augustine and all it has to offer, but it feels worlds away in this cozy beach town. This complex has only 27 units, so the pool, tennis court and beach are never crowded or noisy.

Outside your front door is a assigned parking spot (also ample guest parking) and the tennis court. A convenience store is within walking distance. The pool and elevator are aprox.100 ft away. Private boardwalk to the beach has a seating area for taking in the ocean views day or night.

The bridge is a popular walking workout. The panoramic view from the top highlights the expansive Blue Atlantic, the Comachee Island Marina and the St Augustine Water Front.
