The rental term is monthly. The special rate for the first year rented is $1,900/Month.
Presently rentd through July 2013 and for the months of January-March 2014.
Ocean view, 60' of dockage. Possible use of boat ramp next door. The living area has a queen size futon which will sleep two. The total number of occupants allowed is four. There is office space with high speed internet furnished. There are two TV's. There is no land phone line. No pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed indoors.
A security deposit of $600 is required. A cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted and the balance of $500 will be refunded within one week of departure and inspection.
