 All 5 bedrooms have TV's, alarm clocks and radios. Downstairs consists of living room with french doors that open up to Veranda,a working fireplace and remote control to light it no matches needed, veranda with 2 sitting areas with TV, a sitting room with TV,half bath, dining room with a mahagony table with a huge gold/crystal Mirano chandelier and french doors that open up to veranda,kitchen with gas stove with a built in gas grill,granite counter tops,fully equiped with pots and pans napkins everything you need, a eat-in kitchenett with a wall flat screen TV, washer/dryer, off the kitchen is a full bath and bedroom(maids quarters)-side entrance.

Walk up the stairs and halfway up is a full bath with shower/tub and a Aqua Waterfall Vessell Sink. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with a full bath shower/tub and a half bath in master bedroom and half bath in another bedroom.

 French doors open up to 2 outdoor carpeted decks from 2 seperate bedrooms with ocean breezes, enjoy sunning yourself, coffee in the morning or dinner under the stars or just plain cocktails under the moon with your sweety in the privacy of your bedroom. Go for a stroll after dinner on the beach or work off dinner and take a bike ride (2 bikes provided) along the bike/jog/walk path which is 7 houses away from the front door for a 10 mile trip or sit on the bench and  look at all the lights shinning off the waterway from the City of West Palm Beach, along with 100 million dollar Yachts on the intercoastal waterway.

In the morning have your coffee and breakfast on one of the decks, then play tennis on 8 brand new clay courts-300 feet out back door, set the kids up for some recreation activities at the recreation center next to  tennis courts then walk down to the beach for an early morning dip, come home and sun yourself on the deck or walk to The Breakers Resort for afternoon tea and then visit the Flagler Musuem. Have dinner on the other deck under the moonlight, after dinner walk to the Chesterfield for after dinner desert or cocktails. No matter what your desire whether it's a 5 star restaurant or BBQ at home, Broadway show @Kravis Center or to watch a Flat Screen TV at home, You Will Enjoy your time in this elegant home no doubt about it.
