A lovely 3BR, 2 bath cottage awaits you walking distance from beautiful Madaket beach and its renowned sunsets. Also, nearby you will find a carryout/convenience store and the shuttle bus to town.
This cottage offers you a spacious master bedroom (queen bed) with private full bath, and two guest rooms sharing the second full bathroom. The cathedral ceilings along with the wood-burning fireplace give to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area a cozy atmosphere, even in the winter months.
The cottage also features a nice deck with patio furniture, a charcoal grill, lounge chairs, large lawn and an outdoor shower.
We also have another house located in Madaket to offer. It is a bigger 3 bedroom/3bath almost on the ocean. It is available August 5 to 12 for 4000$.
