Villa Beachwalk is a large and spacious lakefront pool home set in the gated community of Beachwalk Isles. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the generous living area consists of 2 separate living rooms, one of which has been designed and furnished as a games room. 

Stepping through the front entrance, guests will be greeted with spacious rooms, soaring high ceilings and comfortable, modern décor. The first living area is equipped as a games room, featuring a regulation standard pool table, leather sofa and plasma cable TV, DVD player and ipod docking station to complete the room's entertainment theme. This room leads onto the open plan kitchen complete with breakfast bar and overlooks the casual dining area, main family room and ultimately, the screened pool area with its' spectacular lake views. 

Featuring 4 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed and private bathroom. A further 2 guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed and 2 twin beds respectively. The fourth guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable day bed and has the added option of being able to adjoin the master suite (so ideal for guests with young infants) or can be closed off for complete privacy.

Stepping outside of the family room through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the oversized deck area with sparkling heated pool. There is outdoor seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining whilst overlooking the fountain lake.  The home also comes equipped with a large gas BBQ complete with complimentary gas supply for guests' use.  Lushly landscaped grounds to provide a feeling of tranquility surround the screened lanai area. 

Should you wish to explore further a field from your tropical oasis, Villa Beachwalk has the excellent benefit of being situated very close to the beaches of Fort Myers and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva which are around 4 miles away.
