Vacation Rental Description

This classic mid century home is 1500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the Indian Wells Village.

The house is located between the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the Golf Resort at Indian Wells Players 
Course.  The house has full kitchen and the back patio opens to a 5 acre common area with pool (not heated), 
which is shared by only 18 houses.  The common area has a volleyball court, shuffleboard, tetherball and 
horseshoes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Great room: This is the front room, kitchen and casual dining area that opens to the patio with great views of 
the common area and mountains.  The front room portion has a large wrap around sofa, 32" TV w/ digital cable, 
DVR, DVD and high speed internet.  The dining room has seating for 8 and a bar for the kids.  The kitchen is fully 
equiped with lots of counter space.  

Master bedroom: Queen size bed, big screen TV, bathroom with a shower and view of the common area.

Second bedroom: Cal-king bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom

Thrid bedroom: Full bed, two children beds, TV and the shared bathroom

Washer and dryer in the house.

All linens and towels provided

Full amount due 30 days prior to arival. 
Payment can me made by personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks.

$500 security deposit & 60 cleaning fee (refundable within 21 days of departure)

March:
1,000 per week or 700 per weekend
$3,000 per month

April thru June:
700 per week or 500 per weekend
$2,200 per month

July thru August:
600 per week or 400 per weekend
$1,800 per month

November thru February:
800 per week or 600 per weekend
$2,500 per month

Check in time: 4pm
Check out time: 12pm (noon)
