This immaculate studio for two is located on top of a hill in Sapphire Village, on the East End of St. Thomas, USVI, in the most awesome location on the island, in Red Hook.

The studio comes with ever amenity you can think of, to make it YOUR tropical island dream home, away from home.

Whether you prefer to wake up and smell the coffee to a Caribbean sunrise or to chill out and relax with a blender full of tropical daiquiris, this place has it all!

A 2-minute walk down a hill filled with tropical flora, around past the marina, you will discover your backyard paradise, known to locals as Sapphire Beach.

I am confident that you will absolutely love my condo. It's situated in such a great location... a 2-minute stroll to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town of Red Hook, where there's good food, drink, and entertainment, as well as the ferry to St. John (2/3rds of the island is preserved National Park).

Sapphire Beach is so beautiful, with such great snorkeling. The friendly fish swim right up to you! You can see so many varieties of marine life... I've personally have seen 100's of fish, squid, octopus, rays, and beautiful sea turtles! There's also kayaks available for rent ($20 per hour), plus wave-runners, and day-sail trips to the British Virgin Islands (BVI's).

I have a BRAND NEW King Size Bed and a new 39" HDTV and DVD player with free DVDs in the condo office. I have all the appliances you need.. Blender, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, iron, etc. I have plenty of beach towels, beach lounge chairs, a cooler, etc., etc.

For Internet Access, I have FREE WIFI in my condo.  In addition, there is a condo association office, where my guests can pick up a free wi-fi signal. Footsteps away from my condo are 2 swimming pools as well. There's also a laundry room that accepts tokens for washing and drying.

A signed rental agreement and payment of the Security Deposit + Cleaning Fee will RESERVE your dates.  Once you reserve, I will send you all sorts of important information about my condo, as well as fun things to do, places to go, how to get around, etc.  I've done all the research for you so you have everything at your fingertips.

This amazing studio for two is located on Sapphire Hill, a quick 2 minute walk to stunning Sapphire Beach - a half mile stretch of soft white sand and turquoise waters...Caribbean Paradise!

Footsteps from the condo, there are two swimming pools to choose from in Sapphire Village.

Between the condo and the beach is a Marina, where there are wave runners to rent, boats to rent, and/or you can catch a day trip to various British Virgin Islands (BVIs)

Walking past the Marina, you will discover Sapphire Beach, where you can pick out your favorite tree for shade, relax, sunbath, snorkel, or rent a kayak or paddle-board.

Speaking of snorkeling, Sapphire Beach has so many varieties of friendly fish that swim right up to you! Snorkel around the reef and discover an underwater paradise!

Red Hook is a $2 Safari Taxi ride away. Here you will find many local bars, clubs, and restaurants, with plenty of culinary delights to eat, and live music to be heard.

At the Red Hook Ferry Terminal, pay $6 per person each way, and catch a wonderful 15 minute cruise over to the neighboring island of St. John, another US virgin Island that has some of the coolest nature trails leading to several immaculate white beaches.

Deposit Fee and Cleaning Fee

• Cleaning Fee - $85 per stay - Studio is Cleaned Prior to your arrival

• Refundable Security/Damage Deposit - $300 per stay - Returned after departure

Deposit Required Upon Booking

- All Rates and Fees are billed electronically via PayPal.
- Payments can be made via your PayPal Account, Credit Card, Debit Card, & e-check
- Upon confirming your reservation dates and signing your rental agreement, you will be sent an invoice and billed for the $300 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit, plus $85 cleaning fee. The security deposit will be returned to you shortly after you stay, providing that nothing is broken, or missing, and that you have adhered to the rules & regulations.
- The 1st 50% of the Total Rental Cost will be billed and collected 60 days in advance of your stay.
- The 2nd 50% of the Total Rental Cost will be billed and collected 30 days in advance of your stay.
