Welcome to Falling Waters Davis Blvd, a friendly gated community boasting the largest resort style pool in SW Florida, Tennis and Bocce Courts, putting range and Clubhouse with outdoor deck overlooking the pool.
WE LOVE OUR CONDO AND YOU WILL TOO! It is steps from the pool, Clubhouse and other activities. We keep it clean and well maintained and our property manager is on-site if a problem arises. The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances, a breakfast table and counter with three stools. Large sliding doors give abundant light and access to our front lanai where you will sip coffee and read your paper.
Our Master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, double sink bathroom with separate shower and water closet. Full wall sliding doors give access to our private rear lanai.
Second bedroom/Guest area is complete with queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A pocket door gives total privacy.
There is wi-fi at clubhouse. Covered car port for one car with additional parking for guests.
We are centrally located and a short drive in any direction will bring you to many attractions, beaches, shopping, museums, theaters, and whatever your heart desires. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Additional photos furnished on request.
