Charming Remodeled Historical Cottage 2 Blocks to Beach/Town in Laguna Beach

This adorable 1920's historical cottage has been completely remodeled and updated in 2011. You will find everything you need in this cozy cottage for a wonderful beach vacation! Located two short blocks to Main Beach and downtown, and a two minute walk to Laguna's favorite restaurants and shops.

Our cottage has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The updated bathroom has a shower and a tub. The fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as a built in water filter for fresh drinking water. The LG full sized washer and dryer are brand new. Central heating is also provided for chili winter nights!

You will find all the comforts of home in our spotless cottage, including a 42" flat panel TV with advanced programming cable and WIFI internet. All linens and utilities are provided, and daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. The cottage also has a small, fully fenced in ocean view backyard for your enjoyment.

You will have everything you need to enjoy the perfect Laguna Beach vacation. And with the close proximity to town and the beach, you will have no need for a car, although there is a small detatched one car garage for your use.

The beaches of Laguna are beautiful, and in the summer months, there is something going on every night! Take the free trolley or walk to the Art Festivals or Pageant of the Masters. With in a short walk you will find some of Laguna's favorite shops and restaurants, including Whole Foods, Tommy Bahama, Hobies Surf Shop, Gelato Pardiso, and Zinc Cafe, just to name a few. On Saturday mornings you can walk to Laguna's downtown Farmer's Market. Drive 20 minutes to Disneyland, South Coast Plaza, or the Santa Ana Zoo. LA and San Diego are only an hour away.Collaps
