children's playroom, outdoor jacuzzi, tikki bar and restaurant, 24- 
hour security and concierge and a parking space that is free with the 
apartment rental.  There is even a hair salon on the premises.  

The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern, minimalist decor, 
with all windows looking out to the ocean. There is a huge master 
bedroom, with a full bath en-suite and an ocean veiw. The second 
bedroom is also large, with ocean views. Living Room and Dining Room 
are large and spacious with floor to cieling windows and fantastic 
views.  There are 2 large TV's, CD player, cable, etc.
There is a full sized Kitchen which is bright and sunny and is 
equipped with coffee maker,silverware, plates, microwave,dishwasher 
so if are looking to spend a quiet dinner on the balcony, you can 
certaintly cook here.  Being five minutes from Miami's famous South 
beach, with an array of restaurants and clubs you will likely want to 
spend most of your evenings out.  Lincoln Road with it's galleries 
and shops can entertain you for hours and the exclusive Bal Harbour 
is just mintues away as well.
