This open plan 1050 sq. ft. lakeside house located on beautiful Green Lake is available for weekly summer rental.
Completely renovated in 2005, the house sits on 80 feet of waterfront property. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area has full view of Green Lake. Or you can enjoy time on the screened porch which also overlooks the lake. There are three bedrooms that sleep six people very comfortably (one queen and four twins) and one full size bathroom.
The property is locally owned and maintained to assure your complete satisfaction and immediate response if a problem should arise.
We can accomodate larger groups by also offering an adjacent two bedroom cottage available through this same owner.

This house has a completely furnished kitchen with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and microwave. The bedrooms are provided with pillows and blankets. The living area has a cable TV with dvd and stereo system.
The property has a shallow sandy lake bottom and kids play area, dock, rowboat, picnic tables, gas barbeque grill and a fire pit with wood provided for evening campfires.
Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. Pets and smoking are not allowed and the house is not wheelchair accessable.

Water recreation on the lake includes swimming, fishing and water skiing. Green Lake covers 2063 acres and has a water depth of 102 ft. Fish include rainbow, brown and lake trout, large and small mouth bass, perch and pike.
Located just five minutes from Interlochen Center for the Arts, you can enjoy first rate entertainment. Classical music and dance concerts are given daily by the students. Summer concerts are also available with "big name" artists.
Just 15 minutes from Traverse City where you will find all the amenities of the city with convenient shopping, restaurants and entertainment including our famous National Cherry Festival and The Traverse City Film Festival.
