MARINA BAY has a large, heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool area includes an outdoor shower and restroom. Bringing your bags up to the unit is no problem, thanks to the building’s elevator.
BEDROOM #1 features a queen bed, 32” HDTV, spacious closet, ceiling fan, dresser and 2 nightstands. This bedroom has a full private bath and access to the unit’s deck.
BEDROOM #2 features a queen bed, HDTV, spacious closet, ceiling fan, dresser and 2 nightstands. This bedroom shares the hall bath.
BEDROOM #3 features two double beds, HDTV, spacious closet, ceiling fan, dresser and nightstand. This bedroom shares the hall bath.
KITCHEN features a breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. You’ll find all of the small appliances & utensils you’ll need for shore dining & entertaining including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
DINING AREA has a large table with six chairs and a breakfast bar with four barstools. The table easily expands to accommodate your large group for a seafood feast or game night.
LIVING ROOM includes a 46” HDTV with cable and DVD player. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa, love seat, or 2 chairs. 4 ottomans slide out from the coffee table to provide additional seating. A huge picture window allows plenty of natural sunlight to come in, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book.
PRIVATE DECK overlooks the Wildwood Marina. Watch the boats come in, cool off in the bay breeze and enjoy a cocktail and the sunset over the water from the 4 Adirondack chairs.
OTHER AMENITIES: central air, wireless internet, non-smoking, full size washer & dryer, 2 designated covered parking spaces, and a private, secure storage area for your beach/golf gear, all bedrooms feature mattresses and bedding purchased in 2010. Linens (sheets, towels, beach towels) are not included in the rental.

Ideal location less than a block from 3 of Wildwood’s most popular restaurants (Urie's, Boathouse, and Beach Creek) and just steps away from Wawa for coffee or snacks. Nearby, you’ll find a grocery store, fast food options, and the quiet neighborhoods of Wildwood Crest (great for walks or bike rides.) The free beaches and famous Wildwood boardwalk are about a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to major roads mean that you’ll just a short trip from other beach towns & attractions such as Atlantic City and Cape May.
Fortunately, this unit and the Wildwood, NJ area were undamaged by Hurricane Sandy. The town, the beach and the pool are all ready for you to come and enjoy!
