WITH NOTHING BETWEEN YOU AND THE PACIFIC OCEAN you have front row seating for breath taking 180 degrees of ocean views plus your private beach access. This custom newly built 4,000sq.ft. duplex is 100 feet from the sand. With double walls and double pass through doors the two private units can open up to make a large home. With the warm interior design of old craftsman style finished with local Port Orford cedar makes for a peaceful relaxing seaside retreat for two or large family.

You have instant private access to a picturesque pristine beach of sea stacks and drift wood that will sooth your soul and delight the children. Enjoy the beach combing, agate hunting, tide pools, build a sand castle, fly a kite.

There is a flat walking/bicycle path along the bay to Old Town and Port Marina, (crabbing), for shopping, restaurants, museums.
