Aloha! This is your new vacation home. Enjoy true Hawaiian style living in the heart of Poipu. Large glass wall opens the living area to the wonderful light of Kauai’s south side. The tradewinds cool the south facing Lanai that is perfect for barbeque and relaxing. Ceiling fans in every room make this well ventilated house the most comfortable place in Poipu to enjoy the quiet evenings away from the bustle of the resorts. Sunny South Side Po'ipu has the best weather on Kauai and is a great place to begin your adventures to Waimea Canyon to the West all the way to Hanalei on the North shore. Take the time to get out on the water and visit the amazing Na Pali coast, its not to be missed.

Our quiet neighborhood is a minute drive or a quick ten minute stroll to both Poipu and Brenneke Beaches. Surf break, Turtles, Spinner Dolphins are right there in the water for your enjoyment. A short walk along the shore and you’ll find the long, sandy Sheraton Beach. Several golf courses are within three minutes drive. For a nearby adventure travel east past the Hyatt for a minute or two onto a dirt road that takes you to  secluded beaches where you can enjoy a private afternoon.

We’ve taken great care to appoint the home with everything you need for a wonderful stay at our Hale. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances your used to having at home.

BEDROOMS:

We have bath towels and linens for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has two singles. Have more than six people in your group? There is also a queen-sized sofa-bed in the sitting room. restaurants nearby. Look in our personal Island directory guide for the best local places.

Restaurants, attractions and activities such as swimming, snorkeling, diving, golf, hiking, horseback riding, surfing and shopping are all close by. The beaches are great for just relaxing in the warm sun and enjoying Kauai's beautiful sunsets.

Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's Beach are just a 10 minute stroll away -   Poipu Beach is great for snorkeling and swimming and has grassy areas, playground equipment. There is also a protected little cove that's perfect for toddlers. Brennecke's beach is great for body surfing and boarding.  Just a 5 min drive to the Beach House - great for sunsets, picnics and the snorkling. 

Just down the Poipu Road, past the Hyatt is a dirt road to secluded beaches (10 min drive).

Low Season ... Apr 01-Jun 14, Aug 24-Dec 19 .. $175/night
High Season .. Dec 20-Mar 31, Jun 15-Aug 23 .. $195/night

13.42% tax rate, $175-$250 cleaning fee, 5 night minimum

$500 Refundable Reservation/Security Deposit is required within 5 days of reservation.

Full rent, tax, & cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations: Deposits and payments are fully refundable less a $100 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days may result in forfeiture of the rent. There will be no forfeiture if I am able to re-rent to another party for the period affected by the cancellation.
