This is a fantastic place to spend your vacation with family and friends. Located on the north end of Tybee Island this 3 bedroom home is perfect for a family vacation.

From your large balcony, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of your private yard. This free standing home has plenty of private parking. This home is very spacious with several areas to choose when and where to relax.

The living room is an open floor plan with a sleeper sofa, DVD player, and TV. Connected is a dining area with large kitchen for all your entertaining needs. While staying here, you will feel right at home with a screened in deck and an open BBQ grilling area and lots of activities for all members of your family and/or group. You also have a washer and dryer in the Home.

The home sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, a television, and a connecting full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.
With this home you will have private living, Cable TV, internet access, walking distance to the beach and the historical light house and fort. There is is plenty of room for your children to play in the yard.

Renting homes from me is painless and professional. I take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit is applied towards the remaining balance. So if your total was $1000 I take a $300 deposit, your remaining balance is $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival my booking software charges the balance automatically. I also sell Travel Insurance if you want it, which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a City or trip cancellation for any reason.

When booking a home with me you will receive emailed confirmations when renting a home from me instantly. When renting any one of my homes you will be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at my office. All of the homes have Lockboxes with keys.
