The house is 5 minutes away from a new Shopping Mall, where you can find a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatre, and other entertainment options.
If you would like an adventurous activity you can enjoy a day at one of the most famous waterparks which is a 15-20 minutes drive.

Masterbedroom with Queen size comfortable bed, a walking closet, private master bathroom and a beautiful lake view.
#1 Guest Bedroom includes a full size bed with an extra full size mattress
#2 Guest Bedroom a full/twin size bunk bed.
Kitchen, which is fully equipped to satisfy all our guests' needs. ( dishwasher, dishes, pots, accesories, etc)
Quiet and peaceful backyard with table and patio chairs in which you can enjoy the afternoon with our BBQ grill.
Family room, includes surround sound system with 46'' LCD TV, a large and cozy sofa and a fireplace for the winter days.
Living room, comfortable sofa and loveseat, shares the fireplace with family room.
Pools and Hot tubs, are located inside the community center.
Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball Courts, also located within the community centers.
Laundry room, includes washer/dryer machines.
