Waterfront 6 Bdrm Luxury w/Disappearing Edge Pool in Cape Coral

Six Bedroom, 3 bath, gulf canal basin home. Cape Coral Family House
sleeps 12 adults (we also have two cribs available). Disappearing
Edge Pool, spa, custom soaking tub, luxury showers, 400 thread percale
sheets, close to Gulf Beaches, Sanibel Island and many other Florida
attractions.

4 King Beds, 2 Single Twin Beds with Single Trundles. Family House is
perfect for sharing multifamily vacations and was designed with this
goal in mind. Two families can share this house cheaper then staying
in a hotel � but not at the expense of enjoying some luxuries.

The Grand Master Suite has a sliding door that opens onto the pool
deck and screened lanai. It is a huge room with crown moldings, tray
ceilings and a beautiful ceiling fan over the brand new King Sized bed
for your comfort. The master bath has a walk around shower with
double showerheads and a 90-gallon custom soaking tub so you can relax
after a hard day of beach combing.

From the Master Suite you can walk out into the Great Room and sink
into the luxurious leather couches and watch TV on the big screen TV
in the custom entertainment center. Or perhaps you will go have a
seat at the bar and enjoy a quick glass of wine before dinner. If you
are the one in charge of making dinner, you�ll enjoy using the fully
appointed Kitchen equipped with services for 12 and seating everyone
at the large table for 10. If you need more space, there are folding
tables and chairs available for you to use!

From the greatroom and kitchen area there are two huge sliding glass
pocket doors that completely open up in the middle of the L and open
to allow you to extend your entertaining onto the lanai. This allows
for an unobstructed view of the canal basin that seems to give the
optical illusion of filling the disappearing edge pool! Flanking the
left of the pool are beautiful raised planters with waterfalls and on
the other side is a raised spa that spills over into the pool. The
pool has wide steps in the shallow end that are perfect for little
ones to play on. If you are in Master Suite #2 you can enter your
room from your own personal glass sliding door or through the doorway
into the second Master Bath.

The second Master bath has a rain shower head that allows you to enjoy
a luxurious drenching shower from the 3.5 inch showerhead. The
Second Master Suite is smaller then the Grand Suite, but still
has a ceiling fan, tray ceiling and our famous King Sized Bed
appointed with lots of pillows and 400 thread count sheets!

Bedroom 3 and 4 also have King Beds with our luxury sheets and share a
jack and jill bathroom that is all white with cobalt blue tile. This
bathroom has it�s own shower. Bedrooms 5 & 6 are at the front
of the house and have Twin Trundle Beds so they can sleep two in each
room.
