Comfortable Victorian Summer Rental located at 47 Pine Hill Road South on the Cape Neddick/Ogunquit line and is a 4 minute to Perkins Cove.  This is a perfect house for large family gatherings and offers three-levels of living with plenty of room for privacy.  The first floor has a large living room with flat screen Smart TV.  The adjacent Parlor has a dining table that seats 12.  The 1st floor also has a kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove with double oven, and a bedroom with nearby full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer.  The second floor features three bedrooms (a double with twin bed, a queen and two twins) and a bath including a shower.  The third floor boasts two additional bedrooms, (two twins and one double) with a half bath on this level (perfect location for late morning sleepers).

6/25 to 9/3 - $3,500 per week
