WHAT YOU GET...

Magnificant south and east light in our comfortable smoke-free 450 square ft. studio, 9th floor of an elevator building with a view of One World Trade Center and lower Manhattan.  (One of the "perks" of staying here is the sublime view of One World Trade Center framed in our windows with morning and late afternoon illumination, and lit up at night with many lights!) Sleeps 2 ("full"-size, excellent "Memory" mattress).  This delightful residence is in the heart of Greenwich Village in a historic 115 year old atrium building on Bleecker Street (at the corner of Sullivan). 

Surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, theatres, famous jazz clubs, interesting shops, grocery stores, 2 blocks from Washington Square, a wonderful walk to Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho, and a 20-minute walk to the "High Line" (a must!). 

All subway lines within a 4 block radius (mid-town Manhattan and Time Square a 10- minute subway ride away).
