Recently completely renovated and upscale, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus enclosed outdoor shower, on two levels, 10 minute walk from ferry, ceiling fans throughout every room in house, great views of Great South Bay and Lighthouse. Two bedrooms have full size beds and three bedrooms have two twin beds. One of the bedrooms with a full size bed also has a twin bed. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a folding bed that can be used in one of the twin bedrooms. Sorry, not available to groups under 25 years of age or to all-male groups of any age.
No smoking house.
$5,250 per week for weeks in July and August of 2013.
$4,100 for 5 nights beginning 6/28/2013.
$7,000 for 9 nights beginning 7/3/2013.
No groups involving more than 14 people total, please, including no groups under 25 years old, and no all-male groups on any age, please.
