Recently completely renovated and upscale, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus enclosed outdoor shower, on two levels, 10 minute walk from ferry, ceiling fans throughout every room in house, great views of Great South Bay and Lighthouse. Two bedrooms have full size beds and three bedrooms have two twin beds. One of the bedrooms with a full size bed also has a twin bed. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Sorry, not available to groups under 25 years of age or to all-male groups of any age.
No smoking house.
$5,250 per week for weeks in July and August of 2013.
$3,650 for week beginning 6/21/2013.
