Unique and charming house in Hyannis Park surrounded by a lovely flower garden with fountain, birds and butterflies. Enjoy supper by the pond with the calming sound of flowing water.
Located minutes from Hyannis, the Cape's main town, the property is only a 10 minute walk to a private beach (Lewis Bay) at the end of the road. It is close to fish markets, a natural food market (Trader Joe`s) and only minutes away from Main Street, Hyannis and the Hyannis docks for day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Everything is biking or walking distance along beautiful, quiet back roads by Lewis Bay.
House has a large living and dining room with a cozy feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with an end counter table for breakfast, or eat out on the large deck where you can enjoy all your meals. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and 2 twins for the 2nd bedroom. There is also a cot that can be used.
Larger public beaches such as Seagull beach in Yarmouth are only minutes away.
Near Rte 28 with its abundance of activities for young and old, restaurants and Golf courses.
NO smoking is permitted in the house or the property grounds. No pets allowed.

House equipped with A/C and kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, fridge, toaster oven, blender, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, lobster pot. The house also has an iron/board, washer & dryer and bath towels. There is also an outside shower and hammock for use.
Beach supplies (toys, chairs and umbrellas) are available for use however beach towels are not included.

Private beach just a stroll down the road (no beach passes to buy!) however plenty of public beaches minutes away.
Mini-golf courses (as well as public/private golf courses) in abundance and reachable by foot on Rte 28.
Restaurants, from chic Hyannis Main St to family and budget conscious selection on Rte 28. Yarmouth is also home of the famous Christmas Tree shops.
