This house has just been remodeled it has all new flooring, new paint & cabinetry. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kichten stocked with dishes, cookware,coffee maker, and much more.There is a large deck on the back and a smaller deck on the front. 1 bedroom has a queen bed. Another bedroom has a doule bed and one bedroom has bunk beds. The living room has a hide-a-bed sofa. There is a wash/dryer, Gas BBQ grill and patio furniture.

This house is located in Emigrant, Montana just 25 miles north of Gardiner the north and first enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Gardiner is the home of the Rosevelt Arch. There are art galleries, museums, shopping and restaurants all within Gardiner.

The veiws from this house are outstanding. The Absoroka range has some of the most beautiful mountains including Emigrant Peak (10,915 ft.) one of the tallest pesks in the area. Chico Hot Springs is only 5 minutes away and offers natural hot spring pools, guided horse back rides, a day spa, a snack bar and one of Montana's finest restaurants.

 If you are a fisherman or like rafting,  the Yellowstone River is 5 minutes away. There are many guides and rafting companies in the area.

Great Spot for Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation to Yellowstone and Chico Hotsprings. The housing was perfect for all of us, plenty of room for my family of 5, my brother in law with his daughter and the grand parents. Very economical compared to other places around the area. Having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry was a huge plus- it saved us a ton of money by being able to program the stove to cook our meal while we were at the park. We would come "home" every night to a prepared meal- very convenient.
The location of the house was wonderful. Surrounded by mountains- it seemed every morning there were new animals in our front or back yard. We got plenty of photographs right off our back porch of sand hill cranes, elk, and deer.
The property was clean and well maintained, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful with scenic rout to the property.
Livingston, MT was just about 20 miles to the north, and Gardener, MT about 30 miles to the south (the Gardner entrance to Yellowstone is the home of the famous Yellowstone Gate- a must see). There is one restraunt just outside of Gardner that is a must. The Lighthouse has great food and service- while it was a little pricey for me (average $12- adult, $5 for kids) the food was wonderful.
Chico Hotsprings is less than 5 minutes away- offering a great, relaxing place to soak in their warm pool.
I would recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

This house was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. We went to Chico Hot Spring only 5 Mins away and had a very enjoable afternoon in the pools and eating at the sanck bar. The area around this house is beautiful lots of big mountains and the Yellowstone river are breath taking. There were deer in the back yard and Trumpt swans on the front lawn. We will definatley come back to stay again.
