RATES:

• January 1 to April 22………….…..$220/night & $1,450/week
• April 23 to September 8…………..$160/night & $1,050/week
• September 9 to November 16…..$130/night & $910/week
• November 17 to December 19....$160/night & $1,050/week
• Christmas & New Years………...$1,800/week

*In addition to the above rates there is a 12% tax and a one time cleaning fee.
*All payments in U.S. funds by credit card, money order, check or wire transfer.

RENTAL TERMS:

• 40% of total rental cost is due at the time of booking dates
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival 
• $300 refundable damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 20% penalty of total rental cost if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival
• 40% penalty of total rental cost if cancelled between 45 - 90 days prior to arrival
• No refund for cancelation within 45 days prior to arrival
