Mar Beach Resort.  The villa is very large (1,300 sq. ft.) and has a 
bedroom with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with 
two queen sofa beds, family/tv room with a queen futon, a fully 
equipped kitchen, 2 balconies and a porch. It has new furniture and 
equipment.  The villa has great views and is surrounded by lush 
tropical gardens.  

Here, along the palm-lined beach, guests enjoy privacy and seclusion 
as well as privileges at The Westin Rio Mar Beach's 11 restaurants, 
lounges and entertainment venues, 36 holes of championship golf, the 
thrilling Rio Mar Casino, the brand new Mandara Spa, padi diving, 
great watersports, and the very fund Westin Kid's Club.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 4th to April 24th: $1,600 per 7 nights

April 24th to December 22th, : $995 per 7 nights 

Christmas & New Year's: $2,500 per 7 nights

In addition to the above rates there is a 12% tax.

Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit. Balance due 45 days 
prior to arrival to the villa. All payments in U.S. funds by check, 
credit card, money order or wire transfer. 

Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage 
charges will be assesed of the total rental fee: 

Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 20% penalty 
Between 45 and 60 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty  
Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty
