RATES:

• January 4 to April 20………….…..$205/night or save $1,350/week (7 nights)
• April 23 to August 1………….......$160/night or save $1,050/week (7 nights)
• September 1 to November 17…..$130/night or save $910/week (7 nights)
• November 18 to December 19....$160/night or save $1,050/week (7 nights)
• Christmas & New Years………...$1,600/week (7 nights)

*In addition to the above rates there is a 12% tax and a one time cleaning fee.
*All payments in U.S. funds by credit card, money order, check or wire transfer.

RENTAL TERMS:

• 40% of total rental cost is due at the time of booking dates
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival 
• $300 refundable damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 20% penalty of total rental cost if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival
• 40% penalty of total rental cost if cancelled between 45 - 90 days prior to arrival
• No refund for cancelation within 45 days prior to arrival
