Occasional guest may use pull out sofa. Community heated pool, spa, 
tennis and exercise center. Completely furnished with linens, 
kitchenware, washer/dryer, TV and Family cable. 1 car Garage. 
$4250/mo Jan-Mar $3000/mo Dec & Apr $1800/mo May-Nov 1-month minimum 
+ Sec deposit, cleaning fee, condo application fee, and 11.5% tax.
No Smoking. Small Dog considered. $25 a day pet fee. Multi-month
