Welcome to my shore house where family enviroment is #1. So much is offered from the gated community such as a half block long courtyard filled with beautiful landscaping and a big pool with BBQ grills. If your tired of finding parking at the beach, dont worry because the garage has parking for three cars. This unit is located 4 blocks west of Moreys center pier where all the water parks and rides are .
With Plenty of room for mutiple families this house has 2200 sq feet of space. The first floor accomadates people of older ages as it has a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed. The second floor has a full size kitchen and eating area along with a breakfast bar. It also has a half bathroom and huge living room with 55 " Lcd TV, not to metion a bacolny with table that sits 6. The third floor has a master bedroom with private bathroom, queen size bed, and bacolny. There is also a 42 inch LCD TV. Also on the thrid floor is another full size bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a balcony, queen size bed, and 32 inch TV. The third bedroom is the kids room that has a twin bed and a bunk bed. Lots here for the family. . Internet is also provided. MUST BE 25 or OLDER to RENT
