beautiful Laguna Nichupte, with private pier. Our villa is part of 
the Isla Dorada Residence complex but this is a PRIVATELY OWNED 
VILLA.

The villa is located inside the Residencia Complex "Isla Dorada", in 
the middle of the hotel zone of cancun. Next to entertament centers.
It counts with a circuit for walking, jogging and ridding on bike. 
From the entrance of the complex to the villa the distance is about 
1/2 mile through a beautiful path. 
The villa is an excelent place for relaxing and exercising because 
it has all home commodities.

We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc...

All forms of water activities available in Cancun -- water skiing; 
parasailing; scuba; snorkeling; boating; sailing; jet skis; jet ski 
tours; deep sea fishing. Shopping. 
Playa del Carmen (50 min. away), Puerto Morelos (25 min.away), Cozumel(90 min away by boat), Isla Mujeres (30 min away by boat).
Mayan Ruins -- many beautiful ruins in the Yucatan area.

Full payment is required when you arrival as well as a USD 500 
security 
deposit , that will be refunded ASAP , after checking up the 
inventory and leaving the villa without 
damages.
