This villa is fully air-conditioned and comes along with a heated pool, spa, outdoor patio furniture, and grill all under a screen cover for rest and relaxation at all times. Plasma-screen HD televisions are all equipped with VCR, DVD players and premium channel package. Each bedroom has celling fan and HD TV. Available to use for babies are one portable crib, one booster seat at the dinner table, one baby stroller, as well as baby monitor devices. Game systems available for free play are the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 with various game titles. Pool table, air hockey, and football are also available in the game room. Fully functional laundry machine, dryer, and dishwasher available for use. All lines and towels are included and ready for living. Professional house cleaning services are hired to completely clean the villa before every new visitor begins their stay.

Car parking permit from the club house is required for all cars to enter community. There are great facilities available for use at the Emerald Island Resort Club house as well as the community pool. Golf courses are within 5 miles of Emerald Island, as well as many supermarkets, banks, shops and restaurants in the area.

If there are any problems or concerns during your stay, there is a professional management onsite available to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The home is located very close to everything, less thsan 3 miles from Disney World. All of the theme parks are a short drive as are the beaches. The hose is located in Emerald Island subdivision which is a gated community...very safe and quiet.

Monthly rate $3999 to $5999, weekly rate 1499 to 2499; rate does not apply for high seasons and holidays. 13% tax will apply to the rate. Cleaning fee will apply for stay of less than 7 night.
