Vacation Rental Description

A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet which is located 3 miles from  
Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. 2 large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and both have  
large walk-in closets and TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out sofa bed in living room. Sleeps  
8. 2 full baths. 48" cable color TV/VCR in living room. Washer-dryer are inhouse. No smoking or  
pets. Bassinet, pack'n'play, high chair, two strollers and booster seat are all in-house. All  
linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-house. Expensive furniture in condo(example -  
marble dinning table). Windsor Palms has a heated pool, hot-tub, club-house which has free ping-pong  
(free use of paddles and balls), pool and 58 seat free movie theater (you can request free movies on  
a first come first serve basis.). It also has an exercise room. Tennis courts, basketball courts,  
and volleyball courts are in Windsor Palms with free use of all balls and rackets. The heated-pool,  
hot-tub, club-house, and children's playground are just a few steps from the back of my condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

$59/night for all stays in September and October (Sept.30 - Oct.3 is now open)  All stays in  
November are $69/night. All December to June 10, 2009 stays are $79/nt. or $549/week or $1995/month   
(Check our holiday rates).  Contact us for our timeshare rental next to Disney Dec.21-27th for  
$99/nt. no timeshare presentation involved  .  June 11th-Aug.20th 2009 are $89/nt. or $595/week or  
$2195/month.  All stays less than a week are subject to a $65/cleaning week.  Check for holiday  
rates. If you see that my calendar is booked the dates you wanted then check with me because I also  
have access to book up to 21 similar condos at Windsor Palms at other low rates.
