vacation rental description
A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet
which is located 3 miles from
Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. 2 large master bedrooms
with king-sized beds and both have
large walk-in closets and TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out
sofa bed in living room. Sleeps
8. 2 full baths. 48" cable color TV/VCR in living room. Washer-dryer
are inhouse. No smoking or
pets. Bassinet, pack'n'play, high chair, two strollers and booster
seat are all in-house. All
linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-house. Expensive
furniture in condo(example -
marble dinning table). Windsor Palms has a heated pool, hot-tub,
clubhouse which has free ping-pong
(free use of paddles and balls), pool table and 58-seat free movie theater
(you can request free movies on
a first come/first serve basis.). It also has an exercise room.
Tennis courts, basketball courts,
and a volleyball court are in Windsor Palms with free use of all
balls and rackets. The heated pool,
hottub, clubhouse, and children's playground are just a few steps
from the back of my condo.
vacation rental rates
The open dates of April 28-29, June 1,2,3,22,23,24; July 5,6,7 are $59/night . All stays in May 2012 are $69/nt. All other stays in 2012 are $79/nt. except for holiday weeks, or summer of 2012 stays. Summer stays are $89/night or $595/week. Check for holiday rates. All stays less than a week are subject to a $65/cleaning fee, except a 6 night stay must add 1/2 the cleaning fee or $32.50. If you see that my calendar is booked the dates you wanted then check with me because I also
