This home suited my family very well. There were three adults and two young children and we had plenty of space. We even arranged for a crib rental and that went very smoothly. The home is in a great location. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, the famed Cliff Walk, groceries, restaurants and historic downtown. This was a transition home for us as we waited to receive our household goods for a cross-country move, and I certainly miss both the house and neighborhood. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and has a patio and yard suitable for playing with kids or enjoying a meal outside. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were wonderful features, too. We would certainly stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to a friend. The owner is extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Wonderful home to spend time in. Beautifully furnished. Large. Clean. Excellent location -- just minutes to central Newport or to the cliff walk. The owner was a dream. So welcoming and friendly. I had questioned if the house had a bbq grill and she had one installed for our visit -- just great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Hope to return soon.
