Our beaches are perfect...no hurricanes in our area in over 10 years! Also, we recently renovated our building and are committed to keeping it clean, safe and ready for your vacation.

Don't be misled into renting in an obscure part of Panama City Beach.  My condos are GULF-FRONT and within walking distance to many attractions like arcades, go-cart tracks, dining, shopping, and golfing. We support a family atmosphere with a strictly enforced minimum age of 25 years old for singles. With 200' of dedicated beach and an adult pool, a kiddie pool, elevated private sun deck and poolside snack bar, you may not leave the property!!

NOTE:   Please don't ruin your vacation by renting across the street from the Gulf or "just a few blocks away" as Panama City Beach has grown tremendously the past few years and limited public parking and public beach access make renting directly on the beach the only way of guaranteeing a spot in the sand.

My two condos are modern and well maintained enjoying repeat guests year after year. They feature mirrors throughout to create a panoramic view of the beach and come equipped with a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Other features include a dining table with 4 chairs, 27" TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet.

REMINDER: These are NON-SMOKING units.  However, you can smoke on the public balcony.

31 May - 09 Aug -- $750/week $125/night (Jul 4-11 - $900)
09 Aug - 13 Sep -- $550/week $ 70/night
13 Sep - 28 Feb -- $400/week $ 65/night $800/month
Weekly rates are Saturday -- Saturday.

- $100 Booking/Security Deposit Required.
- $50 Cleaning Fee is Required for Nightly and Monthly Stays.
- $50 pet fee (pets are only allowed in one of my units.)
- $15 Registration/Parking Fee (purchased at condo office).
