Gulf-Front "Perfection" - Summer: $750wk total in Panama City Beach

The summer rental season is already heating up....book now to get the rates and the place you want....not whatever is leftover!!   My condos were refreshed over the winter and new paint, furnishings and a 32" HDTV are waiting for you!  Email or text to my cell is the best way to reach me as I work for the Navy and often can't answer my phone.

Several advertisers display only their best condos, not necessarily the unit you will be renting.  My pictures are of the actual condo you will be staying in!  

My condos are GULF-FRONT and within walking distance to many attractions like arcades, go-cart tracks, dining, shopping, and golfing. With 200' of dedicated beach and an adult pool, a kiddie pool, elevated private sun deck and poolside snack bar, you will have everything you need for your beach vacation!!

NOTE:   Please don't ruin your vacation by renting across the street from the Gulf or "just a few blocks away" as Panama City Beach has grown tremendously the past few years and limited public parking and public beach access make renting directly on the beach the only way of guaranteeing a spot in the sand.

My two condos are modern and well maintained enjoying repeat guests year after year. They feature mirrors throughout to create a panoramic view of the beach and come equipped with a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Other features include a dining table with 4 chairs, 27" TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet.

REMINDER: These are NON-SMOKING units.  However, you can smoke on the public balcony.

31 May - 09 Aug -- $750/week $125/night (July 4th week -   $900)
09 Aug - 13 Sep -- $550/week $ 70/night
13 Sep - 28 Feb -- $400/week $ 65/night $800/month
