Located on Chincoteague Island, VA, this is a new 3 BR, 3 1/2
BA townhome built in 2006. This home is tastefully decorated.
Located a few hundred yards from the Chincoteague carnival grounds
and walking distance to downtown (1/4 mile). Home is located on
South Main Street right past the Coast Guard Station with expansive
views of the Chincoteague Bay. Bring your boat or waverunner and
dock at your front door. Great crabbing and fishing right off the
pier. Boat slip is available for renters.

Ground level includes underneath parking for two cars. Two
entrances to 1st floor, one to kitchen and one to family room.
Outside shower is located on ground level in parking area.
1st floor is elevated with kitchen, family room and 1/2 bath.
Upgraded appliances with ceasar stone countertops in kitchen.
Family room includes gas fireplace (not hooked up) and views of the
bay while sitting watching TV. Enjoy the views on the deck while
watching the fishing trawlers ride by each day.

2nd Floor has one bedroom (Queen) and full bath, which has elevated
views and deck looking over bay. Other room has a bunk bed and deck as well. A full bathroom is in hallway In addition, you will find the washer and
dryer on this floor.

3rd Floor is the master bedroom (King) with carpet in hallway and
bedroom. Bathroom has a double vanity sink with tiled floor and
jacuzzi tub. Enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs sipping your
morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine!

Located about four (4) miles from Assateague Island (Chincoteague
Wildlife Refuge) where you can enjoy the beach, see the ponies, ride
the bike trails, climb to top of Assateague Lighthouse, drive the
nature trail, visit the nature center, your kids will enjoy this.
Plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions. If you like to fish,
this house is located about two (2) miles from Captain Bob's Marina,
you can launch your own boat or rent one from Captain Bob. Great
flounder fishing nearby, one renter said the croaker fishing was the
best right off the pier.

Starting at Robert Reed Park at 8 a.m. (check-in at 6:30 a.m.).  Registration: Adults-$25 ($35 after March 16), Children 14 and under-$10.  Strollers allowed in walk only.  No pets allowed in either run or walk.  Proceeds benefit Chincoteague Island Family YMCA.

Free and open to all children ages 2-10 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post at 4023 Main Street Chincoteague.  Meet Mrs. Carol Claus, Rudolph, Frosty and enjoy interactive story-telling and face painting.  Enjoy the party, have a nice dinner on the island and stay for the Old-fashioned Christmas Parade at 7 p.m.
