The lake house sits on 2 acres, with over 100ft. of sandy beach-front that is private and level. NO steps to get to the lake! Situated in a cove, the lake is usually warm, always sandy and generally safe for young swimmers due to its gradual decline. Positioned on the desirable east side of Owasco Lake, the home is located in an affluent, year-round neighborhood known as BROOK Hollow. Enjoy the two kayaks as well as a paddle boat. During cool nights, a fire pit is available for roasting marshmallows and guitar playing. The flat, grassy lake-front yard is ideal for recreational activities such as badminton, kickball, whiffle ball, or football.  All athletic equipment is available for renters.  The home features an outdoor grill along with ample patio/outdoor seating.
