The unit was totally gutted and redone in 2005-06. It was entirely repainted in 2012.
The kitchen is opened to the dining area and this unit has many upgrades.
Walk out of this first floor condominium and stroll to the beach or take a nice walk to town with its great shops and a variety of restaurants.
Relax by walking to the beach for coffee in the mornings or stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream cone at sunset - then walk back "home". Fall asleep listening to the ocean.
