Each of the two units (upper and lower) consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and completely equipped kitchen. We invite you to enjoy your morning coffee in the Florida sunshine and finish the evening with a refreshing drink on the deck with a view of the Santa Rosa Sound (first picture).
Want to vacation with another couple or have teenagers? We are affordable enough to rent both units so you each have seperate quarters but stay connected.
We are located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico(approximately 550 ft.) and steps away from the Santa Rosa Sound . We are family owned. The owners live on the Island and are committed to making your vacation experience enjoyable. PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE TAXES AND ALL FEES! GROUND FLOOR UNIT AVAILABLE FOR "SNOWBIRDS"
