Rainbow's End in Topsail Island

This unique 2600 sqare ft. beach house provides you, your family and friends
with a
wonderful vacation opportunity. A private beach with two gazebos
within a short,one-minute walk (about 600 ft to the beach) on one
side and a sound with a private
pier/dock on the other provide all the nature and water activities
you could want.
The house, in a grove of live oaks, is situated on a quiet cul-de-
sac
offering a safe place for children to play. Two screened and open
porches and decks are furninshed with picnic tables and comfortable
furniture, allowing a wide choice of outdoor pleasures.
A large enclosed ground level shower with hot and cold water and
benches allows you to comfortably rinse yourself before entering the
house after a swim in the ocean. There is an outdoor storage
container with beach items. An outdoor grill is available for your
use on the driveway which has an abundance of parking.
A reverse floor plan provides you with a huge great room on the top
floor. It includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, powder room
and loft all with hardwood floors. A master suite with its own
private bath with double sinks and a large shower
completes this comfortable area.
Down one floor is another master suite with private bath containing
a shower/tub. Two other bedrooms, another large bath, and an
enclosed washer/dryer completes this floor.
This home will allow sleeping for a maximum of 12 people. The
master bedroom on the top floor has a queen size bed, a queen size
sofa bed in the living room and a full size futon in the loft
complete the accomodations in this area. The second floor master
bedroom has a king size bed; another bedroom has a queen sized bed with a pull out single chair/bed. The remaining bedroom has
bunk beds as well as a pull out twin bed. All beds have pillows,
comforters and blankets. Renters must supply linens, sheets,
towels, and beach towels, etc.
The kitchen includes a microwave, stove with oven, side-by-side
refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. It is fully stocked
with cookware, silverware, dishes, etc.
Four color TV's are available for viewing pleasure ( three are
connected to Direct TV satellite). Some have DVD and/or VCR players.

The sun deck and screened porches provide a perfect place to enjoy
ocean breezes day or night. Two screened in porches (one on each
floor) allow privacy for families and for adult/ children separation
of activities if desired.

The house has a warm inviting feeling. It is exquisitely decorated
with Casablanca ceiling fans, TV's with DVD players (one flat screen 47 inch HD TV) and comfortable
Lexington beach funiture. There is plently of room to relax and
find
your own private area to unwind.
The loft contains a futon and may be used it as a 5th bedroom.
The two master suites make this a perfect house for two families to
vacation with private baths and porches for each.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

The private beach provides renters with access to miles of
beautiful, uncrowded beach area. The day dock allows you to fish
off
the pier or just sit and enjoy the sights of the peacefull sound.
For boat owners, it also serves as a day dock to tie up your boat.
There are all kinds of activities to do on Topsail Island, all
within a 15 minute drive. These include golf, fishing piers,
shopping, roller skating, jet ski and kayak rentals, putt-putt golf,
and a variety of restaurants.

Jan 2013 thru May 24th 10: $1200/ Week, $550 Weekends
Memorial Week( May 23- May 31): $1800 Week
May 31-Sept 11th 2013: $2200/ Week w/ Securty Deposit
Sept 11th  thru Nov20th : $1200/ Week.....$550 weekends
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required to hold a rental for a
weeks stay or more. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to
the arrival date.
For all other rentals, the full payment is required.
Security Deposit: $300 (refunded after no damage to house)
Weekly rentals are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday only.
